Yes i do agree some big players wants IBG to themselves.
However I believe that window has since closed for them since US Exim got involved, even if temporarily - time will tell if I am right but that's my belief.
Until we get the news that US Exim is walking away and there is no equity partner coming onboard - yes, that opportunistic window would reopen for the big player you speak.
