Firstly, MJ stated financing has a 3 month timeline to get it across the line with the purpose being to get on site next year. He basically caveated it with if conditions (financing - equity component) aren't right there then there is no point rushing into something. IMO - he has to say that otherwise he will look desparate to get a deal and basically doesn't want to be done over. Roll on Equity / EXIM on site to see the runners and riders for the project. Then we have to wait until end of October latest to see if we are a go or not.
