In regards to the potential equity from LNS, it hasn't even been two months since the MOU has been signed. Even if for arguments sake, they are satisfied with Phase 1, they got Phase 2 to sort out and put on paper before they send the details to IBG, which would be far more extensive.We know the site visit will be at near the end of this month, so hopefully we'll get an update in regards to that.
