About 1 month ago this formula would have resulted in a negative result and
after Fridays TIN price resurgence there is now a big possibility that an operations start
up could be looked at especially if TIN reaches $us 30,000 p/t.
Just need to fast track the steps and find a backer with a spare 100 mill.
