MS isnt the seller here .MS just increased their stake to 9% with on market aquisition @0.185c few days ago.
With today's notice APAC has another 40million shares to accumulate before the ASX 20% rule is triggered i.e hostile takeover enforced.
I've voted to get Brett in and against all other resolution.None of them deserve to sit in a directorial position ever.
