I have emailed Mr Damien Marantelli seeking clarification of the Renison JV. In particular I want to know if a partner can refuse an offer.
Funkyroski has suggested that an offer can be refused.
If that is the case, I agree with Nabaru01 the likely option now is a hostile takeover. I also think that MMG is/was the likely candidate. I speculated that this was these case on a previous post. I viewed APAC as the Trojan horse so voted against a board member.
So a large number of shares are being sold at 10/11 cents, at a loss, and below what we think is market value. No buyer or seller has logged a Substantial Holder notice - so no one over 20% or no new holder over 5%.
If someone can put all this together and explain what is going on I would love to know.
