Yeah I don’t disagree. If you look at China Minmetals which is the state owned entity that owns a majority stake in MMG.. they have recently built a HPAL operation in PNG (Ramu) - so could do similar at Wingellina? They are heavy into the copper game - deep pockets for nifty restart? And there is the proposed merger with Yunnan Tin group back in July.. plus rosebery next door to Renison...obvious buyer and a couple of hundred mill aussie is nothing for them.
