    Hi All,

    Lets suppose Sandfire makes a TO bid for MLX.

    SFR has 160 million shares on issue at around $5.50.

    If they offer 20 cents for each MLX share means 1 SFR = 27 MLX share approx.

    SFR would need to issue 907,000,000 divided by 27 = 33.6 new million shares.

    Anyone see this happening?
