I was a holder for some time and the only irrational thing I did was believe what was stated/claimed from the executive which to date have proven empty and highly inflated claims. The hardest thing to manage in business is expectations so the golden rule is under promise and over deliver and you’ll earn respect and loyalty.
Rather than critiquing the posters here - please provide evidence to substantiate the lofty claims here or correctly clarify and classify these claims. Your comments are welcome if you have “facts” to the contrary otherwise your post is not defensive noise which one must question as to the motive.
