I went to a trade tech seminar once too. My former employer purchased the software package $11K I think it was, and then lost quite a bit more when he applied it. But that said I don't think was necessarily the softwares fault as he was buying in the peak of the tech boom(which I was advising him against but who listens to employees lol).
