Does anyone have a Metastock indicator formula or an exploration...

    Does anyone have a Metastock indicator formula or an exploration formula to identify a swing low?.
    I think the parameters for an entry are-

    1.yesterday's low is lower than the previous day
    2.today's low is higher than yesterday's low
    3.today's high is higher than yesterday's high.

    Any help appreciated. Thanks,
