Metastock has worked for me and kept me afloat against the odds for going on 10yrs.
I unfortunatelly have also risked capital on spec trades

what you need to do is be absolutely disciplined with your trading plan and keep away from forums such as Hotcopper where there is so much distraction and temptation ...lol I am half serious
