My NGF google alert picked up a thread about metavante vs Lehman...

My NGF google alert picked up a thread about metavante vs Lehman being a similar case to NGF vs Lehman and same judge (Peck)

Does anyone know if this is true. Looks like the US courts are looking after their own (the big creditors).

Now I am thinking it is a good thing NGF diluted at 32c. That capital raising could come in handy if they have to back pay Lehmans like Metavante was forced to. But still it will hurt profit for the next 2 years.
