What a beat up - protest action was disclosed on the 24th and 31st of January. On 24th December they disclosed that drilling would start in early January. First well spudded on 10 January. This was not a significant departure from the planned schedule. The company may have experienced delays from when they would like to have spudded, but not a great enough departure from the released start time to warrant any further disclosure.
