Are the LNP pollies so stupid? Dont they know that The Greens are hellbent on destroying the coal and gas industries, having even gone to the low point of trying to stop banks from giving out loans and stopping super funds from investing in coal and gas, as they only want energy to come from solar and wind farms. But these energy sources are intermittent and cant be relied on.
Lack of community consultation is a poor excuse by the State Govt. The Greens and LTGscaremongering campaign was so successful, that the people forgot that Mel was in the NR for 10 years and drilled over 50 wells.
The Greens could not care less if Mels 5000 mum and dad shareholders lose all their retirement money.
