Not just illicit substances, but anything that we knowingly take that knowingly shortens our life span. Then we should be on our own.
How could anyone argue otherwise?
PS. I'm not perfect but am willing to accept the consequences of my life choices - Fair dinkum. Dying from one's life choices is natural and ought to be accepted with grace.
