Yes, this is a good indicator of a Companies growth.

PSY will not, and could not possibly do everything alone, we are well placed to exploit a vertical market with license deals to multiple markets. Growth phase could well be phenominal and is well placed for later this calendar year.
Terry has already said that we will be generating revenue at some point in 2015, that's not bad for a start up that was still a lab project this time last year!
New key staff members on board, experts in their field with the relevant industry contacts, and with their own set goals and targets, lots of international travel, consultancy expenses - they all add up to a Company that is working flat out to achieve great things.
