To be fair they have a maiden reserve of 586Mt (20 year + LOM) already at 6.5% THM
However their mineral assemblage is 74% Ilmenite, 1.1% Rutile and 5.9% Zircon
So compared to MRQ (based on expected assemblage) at 55% Ilmenite and 2.2% Zircon that's a large difference even if you hit a high grade zone at a reserve grade of 6.5% THM aswell.
34% higher Ilmenite and 168% higher Zircon is probably enough to double margins.
They also have very low slimes.
