As Maaze pointed out they were issued with a stack of options.... Do you honestly think BGF would put a sell on it ? The current shareholders continue to have their share ownership diluted with a further 195 million shares to be issued taking the amount on issue over a billion shares. They should be given the opportunity to participate in any further capital raising rather than letting brokers and institutions get their snouts in the trough !!!
