What is more frightening is quotas in politics, not on merit but on if they are of female gender.
I possible can't say woman anymore as they could be male wanting to be of female gender could fall into the quotas of political needs.
So easy to be belted down by the few that your point of view disagrees with them but for all that agree just say nothing and continue on working being productive while the few are being disruptive.
Why are nearly all secretaries female in the work place, is this a sextist role or is it just an acceptance that this role is owned by one gender.
I am a firm believer on merit for promotion.
