    Unlike MLM with their Metro Coal float Hudson Resources (HRS) are offering their shareholders a guaranteed allocation of 10,000 shares in their IPO (Australian Bauxite)if they hold a marketable parcel of Hudson shares at record date.

    So why can Hudson do it and not MLM?

    Disappointed & grumpy to the point where I will flag away applying for Metro Coal shares.
