for me, it is not so much the amount, but that they get it over and done with, as i see that balance sheet tidy up, the anchor on the share price.

usually shares are sold down to that capital raise, and it makes a good foundation price to build on.

So we need to get it done, whether its at 12 or 15. But usually there is a discount of around 20% so that brokers can book build to their clients, and they might sell on market at the higher price to help fund the off market placement. (12 was a 20% discount on 15). If i told you as your broker, that i could get you shares at 12c, would you sell today at 15c etc and replace your script with profit.?

Retail rights issue the same, except as soon as its announced the retailer sell at 14 so they can profit replace for 12 etc.

Whatever the price may be, again - IMO makes a good entry.
