Looks like a participant who came into the recent placement at 5.5c with attaching JMEI tax credits took them up as an arbitrage play and seriously misunderstood the size of those credits.
They will be gone soon, and the SALE will be over. 30% discount to raise price, with everything stronger than at the time of the raise: Cash position strongly restored, Gold up at all time highs with MEU about to get very very active in that space, uranium going strong with BOE successfully restarting, and new titanium HM results due in about 3 or 4 weeks based on update last week.
