I have also been critical of our board's poor communication but am sympathetic to them as well. H set up figures that rob us and refuse to discuss them - what choice do we have - the deal as it stands is not a goer - our board needs H to give some ground or buy us out - and they refuse to do either.So if our board is practicing their kicking they can hardly make an announcement like " we are going to kick H and see what happens ". We all assume whats going on anyway. Another thought - perhaps the board will take Ags private then do their deal - there doesn't seem much point in the listing now.
In the meantime I have to focus on that resource which is ready to go and trust commercial reality.
