As I understand things, a Trading Halt is to stop trading for...

    As I understand things, a Trading Halt is to stop trading for anything up to 48 hours whereas a Suspension is for anything longer....

    So DML started with a trading halt and then changed it to a suspension when it realized that it would take more than 48 hours to sort things out.

    Having said that, my gut feeling tells me that this might be more than just a quick halt to sort out the terms of a CR.
