Any direct approaches to DML would need to disclosed, whether in trading suspension or not.
The simple fact is DML are having a lot of trouble getting the capital raising away.
Nothing more, nothing less.
There is no takeover.
And bash me over the head if you want, but if you look at the facts that is the only ration conclusion you can drawn.
