I noticed that too .... and it was only 1 second after the 0.069 buy took place. It appears a robot is programmed to look for the lower buyer after something higher gets thru.This is how we got to 0.061. No matter how higher it was bought, there was always a bid at minus 0.001. Since today it was a bit more spread out the BOT had to go back to 0.066. But it would have gone to a lower buyer had it been available. It is definetely a sign that someone is doing all it can to keep the SP artificially as low as possible.

IMHO the ASX should investigate, after all it is easy for them to identify who is buying in this fashion.
