Here we go with stockguru1 again recommending sell - obviously aligned to MTQ. Stockguru1 has only been a member for a few weeks and seems to know little about NMS other than sell.

The terms of the bid stipulate that if 90% isn't achieved then the company will continue to be listed on the ASX with the same management and board. They would be fools to run the business down as suggested by our MTQ plant as this would cause them to lose customers and contacts for which they have paid a considerable sum,though not near enough.

They have already made two concessions by extending the bid which reveals their hand. They want nothing short of complete control and if we hang on then they will have to pay more to achieve their objective.
