I think you may have to wait for more than a few years before it even approaches $20.00.Compare with American stocks who have similar devices and have been at it for a decade or so.
VCR is a risky and for the foreseeable future a trading stock.Changing CEO'S midstream does not instill confidence for whatever well intended reasons.At last count VCR has cash close to $ 60-70(?) million and are well positioned to continue their trials.VCR has had smooth sailing with their trials so far and ironically by the law of averages will of course increase their probability of striking a problem as their trials increase in numbers .It is unlikely that they will have a 100% success rate.
