I just cant help myself because I don’t think people realise that HGR’s Mexican deal revolves around a Mexican problem related to their drug issue which is affecting their society like any other nation. The point I am trying to make is they speak Spanish not English so there is no reason for any information (why would they anyway) to be published outside Mexico in a foreign language. I am sure a foreign news service at some point will briefly pick up the story.

All the Mexican Newspapers especially in the last week are publishing articles on the fact that the Government has now approved the state funded student drug testing program. The green light has been given people and the testing medium approved for use is explicitly a saliva device.

This has only just happened and which company produces the worlds best performing, soon to be applied for the only FDA approved saliva drug screening device in the US. Who through some twist of fate recently secured an export licence to Mexico (tongue in cheek).

I have no magic crystal ball because you don’t need one, HGR can’t stop Mexican government information from entering the public domain even if its price sensitive. HGR can only comment further on Mexico when the signatures are drying and the deal is done since that is when they should but its not a leap of faith to take a punt that OraLine IV is the only device being considered.
