Another State (Chihuahua) moves to legislate for school (secondary and primary) drug testing. Two other States(Nuevo Leon and Sonora) are already committed.

Together, the 3 States have a population of 10m - or around 10% of the Mexican population.

Sure would be timely to get that import licence written approval.
