    As you say Vin it is Law in China from the 1st of June 2008.
    Me thinks they will want to get production up and running shortly so as to take advantage of the World's press that arrives there for the Olympics in August.

    I don't know about you Vin but I have all my 'I told you so's' all ready to cut and paste.
