Aj, if this happens as GSW has suggested, make no mistake, it will be an indictment and an absolute reflection of where the current SBN management sit on its intent in actually building shareholder wealth. The reality is that the current Board of SBN have confused themselves with this notion of "material". IMO, JH & Co require a sizeable reality check because they have been 'snowed' and gone far to far in the conservative direction with their penchant for releasing material information in company updates. This process would be perfectly ok if you were running a private compnay but not so when you are in the public domain. Someone needs to instruct them that by doing so,they are doing both the shareholders and this exciting little company a huge disservice.
