I have seen this before. In such cases where IP has been allegely infringed, those that have been sued for such action often generate counter claims against the Plaintiff.
This case has now been fully settled and all parties including Branan Medical have been put on notice to desist using the specific products that infringed the Sun IP in the first instance.
