I think you might be right vin, I would love to see the cap raise closed off first and then some form of ann re mexcio.
Mind you your last sentence is spot on "if the company believes its material"

IMO the order has to be either over 10,000 units or some form of ongoing contract signed.
If not as gsw says we might see it on page 45 of the october update lol
