Just trying to understand the logic of shipping US gas out of a Mexican site.
For BH it was a no brainer with construction costs and approvals in place saving us $100m in construction costs and 18 months in approval times.
If its Mexico, then why place our hat into the ring on a pipeline to be built later? The jurisdicion must offer some competitive advantage, perhaps reduced shipping costs to Latin America or lower construction costs in terms of labour charges? Or are they looking to ship Mexican gas?
