Interesting find pedro but can't take much from it in terms of what's coming up today or soon thereafter.

It does confirm that Dinsel (distributor of Oraline in S America)is one of 5 companies in the tender process - and that's good to know.

It also tells us that 2 tenderers (which ones?) seem to be getting favourable support in some quarters.

Also suggests that a company other than Dinsel has the lowest tender. That's not necessarily important, of course, if the device does not satisfy other criteria.

Also its an august article - so I expect the process has moved on considerably, maybe even completed. This may be confirmed today.
