I should say that anyone who sells into that news has rocks in his/her head.

It doesn't require much imagination to connect SBN's recent announcement that Express Diagnostics has submitted an application to import "large quantities" of Oraline into Mexico (with a decision due by end of Aug) WITH President Calderon's announcement on Day 1 of the new school year that the Safe Schools Program will be extended to 14,000 institutions.

And then there's still China. lol
