While we wait for the IMPORT LICENSE....the testing market continues to grow.

Here's a new one from half hour ago. All prison employees in the Feseral District to be tested twice a year - that's 12,000 tests every year just in this small population!

This rapid growth, in my view, is a possible reason for the never-ending delays. Just a theory - but there is possibly a lot of politicking going on by internal Mexican companies 'threatened' by the prospect of a foreign company getting approval to import 'lrge quantities' of competing products.

Much money at stake - so sure to be lots of negotiations, pressuring and perhaps even serious graft.

The Undersecretariat of the Penitentiary System of the Federal District officials put at 40 "high level", middle managers and directors of security to toxicological tests.

Celina Oseguera, head of the agency, warned that these reviews will be conducted every six months.

In addition, he said that it would be desirable that public servants found positive in the test were separated from the administration.

However, he indicated that it will be the Control Center and Trust who define the fate of the workers.

In an interview after presenting the examination of doping, said Oseguera was satisfied with the tests applied by mandate of law, by the GDF.
