Uranium King Limited (ASX code: UKL) would like to announce the retirement
from the Board of Directors of Uranium King Limited, effective immediately, of
company founder Mr. Karl. F Meyers.
Mr. Meyers recently advised the Board of Directors that the reasons for his
resignation was his desire to spend more time in the field exploring for new
uranium deposits. In his words, uranium is found in the field and not in Board
rooms and he felt he could serve the company more effectively in the field.
