1. From the research I have conducted today I found that BIG offered unlisted options to other companies that they partnered with and also top 20 holders. This was to raise capital which is normal. The share price was low when these options were offered. It looks bad on paper but checks out.

2. a) The partnership with Finstro (FC Capital) was announced in 2015 and the options were offered in 2016 so FC capital were already offering loans before the options even existed.
b) Refer to A above. Plus according to the share register none of the shares have been sold so there is no profit taken to fund loans.
c) The only question I have is whether the issue of shares in January 530k was the end of the agreement. This is what the company needs to answer. Also please note that at the time the agreement was made the value of those shares would have only been $106k which seems reasonable and is only worth so much now as the share price appreciated so much over 12 months.
