I seem to remember that the shareholder papers issued for the AGM included a paragraph or two about the reason for each of the share issuances to be discussed at the meeting. I’ve tried to find these papers to see what it said in relation to this 539k, but can’t. I think I probably binned them after the meeting. Does anyone have a copy, and if so what does it say about these shares?
