The problem with taking on a company as badly run as egs to gain the tax losses and post shorten and abolition of franking credits there could be many snakes in the grass not accounted for and for example rehab liability will be far more than $40 million provided for the previous year
better to look seriously at focus maybe $320 million of losses and probably a clean skin but 50 % Chinese not sure which could have more twists and turns
egs is dead
with the ato if you already have a bad track record that is taken into account when sentencing
maybe Aston Martin not much help
