I think from memory that both Nexia and Deloitte recovered fees owed via legal action, as did quite a number other EGS suppliers over the last few years. I believe the major part of most supplier "disputes" related to non payment by EGS. So many losers here - suppliers, employees and shareholders. Disappointing that regulators didn't step in a long time ago in my opinion.
