I hope he goes to jail. After all, he has two prior convictions. He may not, but at least he gets to sweat on it until sentenced in February. Pathetic how he shows no responsibility , remorse or contrition, instead blaming a former bookkeeper, his accountants (who recovered their long outstanding fees on the steps of the Court, like many other suppliers) and being "busy"...
His conduct while heading up this group of companies has been disgraceful in my opinion. At least the ATO has taken him on - I wish other regulators like ASIC would do the same.
