Several years ago, in setting up my trading / CFD account I looked aetEtrade along with others and discarded them even though I am a long term ANZ client but these days loyalty really means nothing to them. I aslo read today that their platform is not behaving ... how poor for such a "reputable" organisation and looks IMHO as customer service is not a priority.
I agree it is an appauling position that they have put fellow traders in.
