Yes they should of just pooled the money. and sent the checks out,, but then they can not continue to milk the cow . which is what those kind of people do , they do not want a simple quick solution , i serious doubt that any investor stuck with money in mfga would not agree to pooling money easiest simplest way of paying out remaining funds . this could drag on forever ,easiest way is to put pressure on etrade maybe. if enough high turnover clients start to leave they might decide to cover the free equity in accounts
