I would recommend that you fill in the proof of Debt forms to ensure that your information is formally on record. It is anticipated that cfd account holders will automatically be reimbursed some or all of their funds currently frozen at some future date. If all is not refunded, however,then the Proof of Debt form may afford you a further claim on any unpaid portion of your account.
If that makes sense?
You should also make further representation if you feel the reconciled balance of your account is incorrect.
