when I had received margin calls in the past in respect to my CFD Account, I received a text message describing my CFD account as-

ETRADE CFD ACCOUNT: T.....

The tel number has now been disconnected however, it will be interesting to know who owns this number, because if it came from Etrade then you would have to ask why would they be concerned if the account was to fall into margin?

These are further misrepresentations to give the impression that we are dealing with Etrade (ANZ) and not MF Global.

Anyone who has received margin calls via text should check their phones.
