Thanks for the clarification.

Can you please help me with the following

1. ANZ Etrade is not listed as one of the guaranteed institutions anymore, as stated in the following link, neither is comsec.

ANZ Etrade and comsec were listed specifically before.

2. Where is the clause for guranteed stock holdings?

I don't trade cfds, and mf global event prompted me to review my risk management strategy.

I did phone Etrade 2 days before the firing of bankruptcy after watching CNBC's interview regarding MF Global. I was told cfd trading maybe in risk if mf global is broken but not the net long stock trading accounts. I didn't post here to warn the cfd traders, because I didn't know the cfds thread.
